James Crest Manor Apartments are located at 1072 James Street, Syracuse, NY 13203. We offer secure entry into each building with intercom systems for convenience. There are laundry facilities in each building as well as off street parking for residents and guests. All apartments include hot and cold water. Tenants are responsible for their own electric service through National Grid (the heat is electric). We are conveniently located minutes away from downtown Syracuse, area hospitals, and Syracuse University. We also are within 15 minutes of Destiny USA, Onondaga Lake Parkway, shopping, restaurants and much more.

We do not allow pets at this location.

There is a $20 non-refundable application fee for each person over the age of 18. This allows us to run a full background credit and criminal check. We also require a valid photo ID, proof of income and previous/current landlord reference. Standard Security Deposit is one month rent upon approval of the Application.
