The Willows Apartments are located at 925 7th North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088. We offer secure entry into each building, laundry facilities in each building, and storage lockers (select apartments). We are conveniently located minutes away from Destiny USA, Onondaga Lake Parkway, shopping, restaurants and much more.

There are balconies on select apartments. We have various apartment sizes to accommodate a wide range of needs. We do allow 1 pet per apartment up to 20lbs with an additional pet deposit (non-refundable pet fumigation fee does apply) and a monthly pet rent.

There is a $20 non-refundable application fee for each person over the age of 18. This allows us to run a full background credit and criminal check. We also require a valid photo ID, proof of income and previous/current landlord reference. Standard Security Deposit is one month rent upon approval of the Application.
