Northwood

Liverpool, NY
Northwood Apartments are located at 1015 7th North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088. We offer laundry facilities in each building. There is a playground and basketball court on the premises. All apartments include heat and hot water. Tenants are responsible for their own electric service through National Grid. We are conveniently located minutes away from Destiny USA, Onondaga Lake Parkway, shopping, restaurants and much more.

James Crest Manor

Syracuse, NY
James Crest Manor Apartments are located at 1072 James Street, Syracuse, NY 13203. We offer secure entry into each building with intercom systems for convenience. There are laundry facilities in each building as well as off street parking for residents as well as guests. All apartments include hot and cold water. Tenants are responsible for their own electric service through National Grid (the heat is electric). We are conveniently located minutes away from downtown Syracuse, area hospitals, and Syracuse University. We also are within 15 minutes of Destiny USA, Onondaga Lake Parkway, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Heritage Hills

Solvay, NY
Heritage Hills Apartments are located at 516 Charles Avenue, Solvay, NY 13209. We offer spacious floor plans with laundry facilities in each building as well as off street parking for residents as well as guests. The amenities and pricing vary at this location. There are balconies on select apartments. Some units include heat and hot water while others include heat, hot water, and electric. We are conveniently located minutes away from downtown Syracuse, area hospitals, local colleges, Destiny USA, the NYS Fairgrounds, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Elm Tree

Syracuse, NY
Elm Tree Apartments are located throughout the city of Syracuse, NY. We offer various and spacious floorplans with laundry facilities onsite. The amenities and pricing vary at this location. Quick to respond and pleasant experience!
I am writing on behalf of my daughter who rented an apartment from you a few months back. It is not easy to rent an apartment from out of town and certainly never easy to send your child to an unfamiliar area. We put inquiries into several different places and could believe the amount of places that we never heard back from. Your Property Manager was quick to respond and quick to offer answers as well as pictures.I could not make it with my daughter to see the place but her father relayed how pleasant their experience there was and how quick the process was so that they did not have to make multiple trips.
