We offer spacious floorplans with laundry facilities in each building as well as off street parking for residents as well as guests. The amenities and pricing vary at this location. There are balconies on select apartments. Some units include heat and hot water while others include heat, hot water, and electric. We are conveniently located minutes away from downtown Syracuse, local hospitals, local colleges, Destiny USA, Onondaga Lake Parkway, shopping, restaurants and much more.

We do not allow pets at any of these locations.

There is a $20 non-refundable application fee for each person over the age of 18. This allows us to run a full background credit and criminal check. We also require a valid photo ID, proof of income and previous/current landlord reference. Standard Security Deposit is one month rent upon approval of the Application.
