Northwood Apartments are located at 1015 7th North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088. We offer laundry facilities in each building. There is a playground and basketball court on the premises. All apartments include heat and hot water. Tenants are responsible for their own electric service through National Grid. We are conveniently located minutes away from Destiny USA, Onondaga Lake Parkway, shopping, restaurants and much more. We do allow 1 pet per apartment up to 20lbs with an additional pet deposit (non-refundable pet fumigation fee does apply) and a monthly pet rent. There is a $20 non-refundable application fee for each person over the age of 18. This allows us to run a full background credit and criminal check. We also require a valid photo ID, proof of income and previous/current landlord reference. Standard Security Deposit is one month rent upon approval of the Application.
